Returns and Exchanges:
We have a 7 day return and exchange policy. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have sustained physical damage.
You must have original packaging (if applicable) and must have your original receipt.
For Refurbished/Pre-owned Devices: 10% restocking fee for returns.
Refunds not available for: Repairs, Gift Cards, Customized Cases, and Screen Protectors
All of our repairs come with a 90 day warranty. This covers the replacement part and the repair itself. It does not cover physical or water damage. So if your new part is not functioning correctly after the repair, bring it in with your receipt and we'll take care of you free of charge.
Devices that are left longer than 30 days will become property of The Fix to cover the cost of labor.
Though the risk of data loss is highly unlikely, we strongly recommend that customers back up their data before any repair. If data loss occurs, due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, we cannot be held liable.
Our warranty only covers the parts that were handled or replaced during your original repair. Any other components malfunctioning after the repair are not covered under our warranty. Warranty is voided if device is opened by anyone other than our technicians at our facilities.
All of our refurbished, upgraded or custom built devices come with 90 day warranties.
Refurbished: The device itself. If there are any problems after purchase, we will take care of them free of charge. This does not cover physical or water damage.
Upgrades: Any parts installed and labor. This does not cover physical or water damage.
Custom built: All parts and labor. This does not cover physical or water damage.
All of our electronic accessories (cables, power banks, headphones, ect.) come with a 90 day warranty. If it's not functioning as intended, come back and let us get you taken care of. This does not cover physical or water damage.

Tempered Glass Insurance:
All of our tempered glass screen protectors come with a Lifetime Insurance.
As long as you have a copy of your receipt (physical, picture, text message or email) and the broken screen protector, you are eligible for a lifetime of tempered glass replacements. All you have to pay is a deductible.
